How are you feeling?
Maybe you’ve always felt like you’re on the outside. Maybe you’re aware of feeling different in some way and you’re trying to figure out who you are, but it’s hard to make sense of it all. You might feel like you’re too much and not enough at the same time.
Perhaps you’ve never felt like you belong. You might want to connect with people but find it hard to let them in, afraid of being hurt or rejected. Or maybe you’ve always felt that you had to put other people first to avoid losing them, and you’ve had to ignore your own feelings for so long that you’re not sure you deserve to focus on yourself. You might not know how to set boundaries; it might seem scary or even impossible.
You don't have to struggle alone. I can provide space to explore and help you to find a way forward.

I believe everything is interconnected
Life is complex. Relationships can both hurt and heal, and although we might want connection with others, it can leave us feeling vulnerable and wanting to protect ourselves in different ways. Past experiences can affect the relationships we have with ourselves and others, often creating patterns that are hard to shift. There are often many interlinking factors in our struggles, and it can be hard to untangle things.
As an integrative therapist, I can help you explore and process your experiences. Moving towards a deeper understanding of yourself can help you to find self-acceptance, set boundaries, and build healthier relationships with more awareness of your needs.
